Quilts

So I've finally gotten to that stage in pregnancy where I don't feel sick majority of the time and I actually have  some energy! This new found energy means catching up on organizing, cleaning, and the projects for baby! I have decided though, that I don't have quite enough energy to do completely new bedding for baby boy, so I want to reuse some of the bedding I made for baby Jared. The problem is that I want to have a slightly different color scheme for the boys' new room, so that means fusing the two color schemes together. So, to do this, I am attempting to make Jared a new quilt/coverlet for his soon to be big boy twin bed {we are all very excited about this!}. I am not a quilter. I don't really like quilting very much. That's why I took an easy route with Jared's baby blanket. This time around though, I want something slightly more interesting, which often means more complicated. I am having a really hard time deciding on a pattern for the quilt though, so I need opinions. Which of these patterns do you like?

So try to imagine these quilts with the oranges and blues from above, but also a touch of brown, grey, navy, and yellow. Sounds busy, I know, but I think it will pull together nicely. I plan on most of his bedding to be grey and navy with this quilt folded at the foot of the bed. Hopefully that helps. I just can't seem to make a decision! There are too many patterns for me to like.

I love the triangle one, you are brave, I am SO intimidated by quilts. Which is why I don't quilt. I am excited to see it all come together, and I am sure it will all come together nicely like always! Let me know if you want any help!

I like the last one! You may have just inspired me to get my act together and finish Calithea's quilt!
