My friend Amy is going to be working on her little man's nursery soon. She is so creative and talented. Originally, she was going to do an accent wall with chalk board paint and do something similar to the picture above, but she hasn't decided if that's what she wanted to do yet. I came across Idea Paint a couple of days ago, and thought of her, so Amy-- this is for you! :) This stuff is cool! While I love the look of chalk boards, they can get pretty messy with all the dust. Idea paint is the perfect solution to that. I love how versatile it is! I posted some pics from their website so that you can get some ideas and inspiration.

I love how artistically done this one is. It gives you a perfect example for creating something so functional and so whimsical for a work space. I would love to see someone do different styles too. How great would it be above a desk in some beautiful scroll pattern or some beautiful feminine shapes?
The bold turquoise color is so much fun! I don't know that this is my favorite picture, but I love the idea of using fun, bright colors with fun patterns for the idea paint.
