Beautiful Mess

The weekend before Easter our stake does a little easter egg hunt at a park near our house. We thought it would be fun to take Jared to it and see how he liked it. I think he still wasn't  quit sure what he was supposed to be doing and what all the excitement was about, but he was sure happy to open the eggs and find candy inside. They put a limit to two eggs per kid this year, kinda dumb, but understandable. Though every kid seems to be an exeption to the rule, in this case, Kimball was. I think he had like six eggs or something. That crazy kid. :) We had a good time. 

After the hunt we went back to my mom's to show her Jared's treasures, only for Jared to leave her one. While we were talking, he snuck into her bathroom and shoved one of his eggs into the toilet and clogged it. We had to have a plumber come and get it out, egg, candy and all! It ended up being a very expensive easter egg hunt! :) After we went to one of Steve's lacrosse games, where they dominated and played very well. UVU has new uniforms this year which I am quite fond of. That is beside the point, but oh well. Anyway, there was a really cute dog there that Jared loved playing with. Poor Jared is allergic to dog saliva though, so anytime one licks him, he breaks out into hives. I tried to get a couple pics of his poor little face. You can kind of see some of the hives. Anyway, the good part is that if you wash it off immediately he is usually fine, but because we were at the game we weren't able to wash it off. Poor little man. It was quite the eventful day! We'll share the rest of our Easter fun shortly. :)
